IT Staff – Asahimas Chemical


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate & Support Systems – Oversee system development and support activities to ensure seamless performance across all applications.
  • Manage Partners Effectively – Control and monitor business partner activities to align with IT and business objectives.
  • Vendor & Supplier Collaboration – Maintain strong coordination and communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Plan & Control IT Budget – Prepare and manage IT operational expenses, development Capex, and ensure accurate cost reporting.
  • Translate Needs into Action – Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead Testing Phases – Drive UAT and SIT processes with users, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Architect for Scalability – Evaluate system architecture options considering performance, cost, and long-term scalability.
  • Support Transformation Initiatives – Contribute to change programs by preparing technical plans aligned with enterprise and solution standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Extensive Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Team work & Collaboration – Strong team player with good communication skills and initiative.
  • Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.

A year contract based, with an opportunity to become permanent employees based on performance.
